Adding a new show
- Firstly you must signup, if you have not done so already
- Then go to the edit show
- Click on "Add a Show"
- Follow the onscreen instructions. If you are warned about creating a duplicate show, please read the message carefully. It may be that the society producing your show has already listed it; however, it is possible to "request access" to make alterations. You are given the option to override the system and create the show anyway; this is in case there are two very similar shows on at the same time which have been misidentified as the same by the system. Do not, under any circumstances, create duplicate shows. Creating duplicates will not let you list information any faster, since new shows must be authorized before they are publically visible; you will only slow things down by causing confusion.
- Your funding society (or one of the camdram web support team if the society isn't listed, or if it's a self funded show) may have to approve the show before it is visible on public portions of camdram.net, e.g. the diary or archives
- You are automatically granted access to a show that you create - that is, you will be able to log back in at any point and change any aspect of the records we hold on the show.
