Alcock Players (Jesus)
| Based in and around Jesus College, the Alcock Players aim to fund as many shows as possible within Cambridge and encourage applications for funding from anyone, be they members of Jesus or not. We are keen to fund shows of any genre (tragic, comic, musical, touring), and work to encourage both large and small scale performances of the highest quality. In the past, for example, we have funded larger productions put on at the ADC and Corpus Playrooms, and smaller productions and events based in quirky places around Jesus College (for instance our Medieval chapel, or warehouse-like Forum). Our committee is comprised of actors, directors, producers and techies who are always up for helping out with matters arising from the shows we fund.
