| Arutas is Anglia Ruskin University's official student led Theatre Arts Society. Since being founded in 2009 as Staged Imagination, the Society has moved on leaps and bounds to become a well known student group throughout the univeristy. With a whole new identity revamp and fully dedicated committee, this year promises to bring something exciting to your student experience. Whether you are interested in becoming a fully fledged thespian in the spotlight or prefer a darker hue working back stage, the society has many chances for you to get involved with. We hope to further establish ourselves throughout the city whilst also working closely with other student Societies to create an atmosphere that you wouldn't want to miss. If you want to perform, crew, direct, produce, stage manage, design, tech, FOH, take part in workshops, join us on theatre trips or take advantage of many other benefits, then you need to add yourself to the Society straight away!
