Welfare Officer Callout for ‘A Breakfast of Eels’

As we get ready to stage A Breakfast of Eels next term (Lent week 1), we’re looking for a welfare rep to help keep rehearsals running smoothly and make sure everyone feels supported. The role involves:
• being available for a chat if anyone wants to raise a concern,
• helping with any accessibility needs during rehearsals, and
• bringing snacks to longer sessions (covered by the production budget).

The welfare rep isn’t responsible for anyone’s wellbeing in a professional sense — they’re simply a friendly, reliable presence that people can turn to if things get stressful.
