Gottfried, the son of the most powerful man in Metropolis, is tasked with uncovering the headquarters of a secret revolution group from The Undercity. He meets a woman named Elna, who transforms his perspective of Metropolis. Meanwhile, Gottfried’s father, Ulrich, has commissioned a scientist whose mind-control machines can solve the crisis of The Undercity. Ultimately, Gottfried must choose between Metropolis or the revolutionaries. His father or Elna.

Metropolis- loosely inspired by the 1927 German expressionism film of the same name- blends absurdity with science-fiction to create Total Theatre.
