The application pack is a google doc that should be compatible with screen reader support, braille support, and screen magnifier support. The application pack is a google form in a plain font, but I'm not sure if it is compatible with screen readers and other accessible software. If you are having any trouble viewing either document, or need information in a different format, or need a different way to respond to the form please email me at vicepresident@cuadc.org.
