Auditions are now open for King Lear in King’s College Chapel! The show will run from 10-12th March 2026 and will be accompanied by an original choral score. ALL APPLICANTS encouraged. Shakespeare’s King Lear is reimagined in Cambridge’s most iconic building as an examination of power, pilgrimage, and penance. Directed by Alexander Newman and Cecilia Vicente-Fernandez, Shakespeare’s original text will be accompanied by an original choral score composed especially for this production by Finn Kjaergaard.
