Sound Operator / Sound Mixer Wanted - PROFESSIONAL THEATRE CREDIT

We are seeking an experienced sound operator / sound mixer for our production of Twelfth Night at the Cambridge Arts Theatre, running 21–24 January. The role involves operating and mixing sound during performances, ensuring musicians’ levels are balanced throughout. You will receive training from our Sound Designer  and gain a professional theatre credit. Prior experience is required.

We are seeking an experienced sound operator / sound mixer to work on our upcoming production of Twelfth Night at the Cambridge Arts Theatre. Performances will take place from 21st–24th January, with evening shows at 7:30pm and matinees at 2:30pm on the 22nd and 24th. The successful applicant must be available for all performances.

The role will involve operating and mixing sound throughout the show, with particular responsibility for ensuring that musicians’ sound levels remain balanced during each performance. You will work closely with the production team and receive specialist training from our Sound Designer , making this an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in a live theatre environment.

This position comes with a professional theatre credit and offers a great chance to meet people and build industry connections. Applicants must have prior experience in sound mixing or sound operation.
