Lighting Operator / Electrician PROFESSIONAL Shadowing Opportunity

We are offering a shadowing opportunity in a professional theatre environment for a lighting operator / electrician on our production of Twelfth Night at the Cambridge Arts Theatre, running 21–24 January. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience by observing and assisting the lighting team during live performances.

You will shadow the lighting operator and electrician, gaining insight into show operation, rig maintenance, and best practice in a professional setting, while working closely with the production team. This is a valuable opportunity to develop practical skills, make industry connections, and experience the running of a professional theatre production. Some prior lighting experience is desirable.
