Junior Treasurer (Corpus only), Publicity Manager , Webmaster, Costume/Prop Rep

The Fletcher Players are still looking to fill some committee positions!

Positions open:

Publicity Manager  - The Publicity and Social Media Manager runs the Fletcher Players social media accounts and liaises with the college communications teams to publicise the work of the Fletcher Players and Fletcher Players funded shows. They can share the work of designers on other shows and/or make their own graphics and video content. This role has a lot of creative control over the output of the Fletcher Players socials and the Fletcher Players brand image.

Costume/Props Store Representative - The Fletcher Players being the resident company of the Playroom have their own costume and props store. The committee is planning on cleaning it up soon, but we need someone to stay on top of what we have available, what is being added by each show we fund and what we could buy ourselves that would benefit future shows.

Webmaster - The Webmaster maintains and expands the Fletcher Players online presence in collaboration with the Publicist . As this is a new role we haven’t had filled for quite a few years, so it is very much what the successful candidate makes of it.

Junior Treasurer (Corpus member only) - The Junior Treasurer is the leader of discussions on show funding, negotiate budgets with incoming shows, and manage reimbursements for money spent on shows. Much of the Junior Treasurer’s job is creative problem solving - in finding ways for shows to get what they deem artistically necessary without going over budget! You keep financial records for the society, which are reported to the College. You also organise the show settlement process, receiving money from the ADC after a successful show - or sending money to them when a show doesn’t go to plan…
