THE WINTER'S TALE is still accepting SELF-TAPE AUDITIONS!!!

The Winter's Tale is still accepting self-tape auditions! Come and be a part of our large ensemble cast for this magical production of Shakespeare's classic tragicomedy, just in time for the lead up to the festive season!

Hi everyone! I'm Ed (he/him), a third-year Engling at Downing and I am super excited to be directing one of my favourite Shakespeare plays The Winter's Tale at the beautiful Howard Theatre in Michaelmas Week 7. This production promises to be magical and fairytale-esque creating the perfect festive feeling to get you in the Christmas spirit just in time for the run-up to Christmas!

We are accepting self-tape submissions until 23:59 on Sunday 5th July. Given the quick turnaround of in-person auditions and the chaos of May Week, we strongly encourage you to submit a selftape if you are interested in being in the play but were unable to attend in-person auditions!
