NEW WRITING for A Cauldron of BATS

Clear out your cupboards and break out your typewriters: A Cauldron of BATS is looking for intriguing and original scripts for our new writing showcase. Send us your half formed creations, your proverbial children, your masterpieces for the chance to have your work brought to life within the transportive walls of the Queens' Black Box Theatre.

We are looking for original scripts, excerpts from scripts, poems or spoken word pieces of between 5-15 minutes. Submissions do not have to be finished or fully formed pieces-- we encourage you to take things for a spin. This is a great chance to try out your work in front of a live audience and receive some personalised feedback.

Writers are required to find actors and a director (if you do not want to direct your piece yourself), but we will provide a rehearsal space and a tech run.

The deadline for submission is 14:00 on Friday the 8th of October.
