Want to play a Villain? The Merman is reopening for the role of Faraci

We are looking for someone to fill in for the role of Faraci, for our week 8 production (3rd - 5th December), of The Merman!! Mid-30s, the mayor of the village. Faraci is obsessed with power and will do everything he can to ensure the safety of his village. Feline, spidery, but hiding a dark ruthlessness, he is fully committed to the fascist project and loyal to Mussolini to a fault. A powerful orator, he uses rhetoric and language to manipulate others to do his bidding, all the while often lurking in the shadows, watching - observing.

The Merman is a student-written Magical Realist Romantic Tragedy set in Italy during WW2.
