CAST 2026: KING LEAR is looking for a welfare team!

We only want tragedy onstage:)

As part of the welfare team for CAST, you will be working closely with the Company Manager to foster good welfare in cast, crew, and/or prod :)

QUESTIONS:

• ⁠Why do you want to welfare CAST?
• What makes you a good welfare officer?
• Please state if you want to be the welfare officer for the cast, prod or crew.
• How would you tailor your welfare role to these different groups?
• Describe your ideal welfare officer x prod team (TMs, CMs, directing team) working relationship.
