☆ SET-DRESSER AND PROPS MAKER wanted for The Ash Tree (May Week), a roaming folk-play concert in Newnham Gardens ☆

NeSST is a brand-new site-specific theatre collective working in the Newnham College Gardens. We are incredibly excited to be staging our inaugural production, The Ash Tree, in May Week 2026. The Ash Tree reimagines Ovid’s tale of Baucis and Philemon as a promenade folk-play concert about the birth of the Granta river and the day the trees of Newnham Gardens first took root. The story is set on the summer solstice, and will be performed on and around the northern hemisphere solstice. We are looking for a costume designer  , assistant costume designer  , assistant producer  , prop and set makers, puppet-maker, and a welfare officer! APPLICATIONS CLOSE ON THE 21ST APRIL 2026.
