    In Extremis
    By Howard Brenton

19:30, Sun 11th – Wed 14th June 2017 at The Fellows Garden, Jesus College
    Easter Week 7

In Extremis/ Enduring Love by Howard Brenton

The story of Abelarde and Eloise and their ideological antagonist Bernard of Clairvaux.
A tale of love and humour that meditates on the relationship between faith and power, humanism and fundamentalism.
A conflict of sex and religion that resonates with Jesus College's past: a convent closed for "licentious" behaviour.
Let's repeople the college with some old ghosts....
