Easter Week 7

Giving Out, an Irish dark comedy two-hander, needs a Welfare officer for our Week 7 Corpus Run!

Hello, I’m Jude, a 3rd year English student at Downing, and I’m thrilled to be opening applications for ‘Giving Out,’ which will run at the Corpus Playroom June 17-20th and at Camden Fringe this August. The play is about caregiving, AIDs, religious guilt and grief!

This play does revolve around dark and demanding subject matter, and it is important to keep everyone safe and healthy as we explore this. This role will involve being a safe point of contact for both cast and crew, and working on a welfare plan which we will follow throughout rehearsals.

To apply, please answer the following questions and email to jh2504@cam.ac.uk:

    1. Why are you interested in working on ‘Giving Out’?
    2. How would you approach welfare in the production of this play?
    3. What is a piece of theatre or cinema you have seen that you really enjoyed, and why?
