We need - Assistant producer  & publicity officer - Sound designer  - Stage manager  - Welfare officer

War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength. Love is bondage

Junayd Islam, who created the near sell-out Desert Thirst and Jerusalem Winds, is back with another original play to enrapture audiences and inspire introspection.

Orwell’s celebrated dystopia is retold for the 21st Century with Shakespearean poetry and Sufi tales. A dramatisation driven by the desire for love and meaning.

    We need

    • Assistant producer  & publicity officer to keep track of admin, meet all deadlines and strategise marketing.

    • Sound designer  to source audio tracks, prepare them for the show and manager their delivery. Also involves recording the voice actor for the AI

    • Stage manager  who will need to have training from the ADC team

    • Welfare officer to bring an attentive presence to rehearsals.

      How to apply

    1. Read the audition pack and work out what you're suitable for
    2. Have a look at the audition extracts to get a better sense of the play
